The City has a sticker system for unusual garbage items or for exceeded garbage amounts. You can purchase stickers from the City for $1 (plus tax) per sticker. Each sticker equals a 32-gallon bag. Place the correct number of stickers on each item, and place the items at curbside on Friday with your regular garbage. Stop by City Hall to purchase stickers or if you are unable to make it to city hall during office hours call 763-784-5898 to have the stickers sent to you by mail and the amount will be added to your utility bill. Appliance pickup must be previously arranged with Waste Management-Blaine. Call Waste Management at 763-784-8349 at least 24-hours prior to pickup on Tuesday.
