Garbage and Recycling Collection
Circle Pines has a citywide garbage and recycling contract with Waste Management-Blaine.
Garbage collection is on Friday's.
Recycling collection is every other Friday.
Carts should be placed at the curb by 6 a.m.
Garbage Stickers
The City has 
a sticker system for unusual garbage items or for exceeded garbage amounts. You can purchase stickers from the City for $1 (plus tax) per sticker. Each sticker equals a 32-gallon bag. Place the correct number of stickers on each item, and place the itemsat curbside on Friday with your regular garbage. Stop by City Hall to purchase stickers or if you are unable tomake it to city hall during office hours call 763-784-5898 to have the stickers sent to you by mail and the amount will be added to your utility bill. Appliance pickup must be previously arranged with Waste Management-Blaine. Call Waste Management at 763-784-8349 at least 24-hours prior to pickup on Monday.

Recycling
Your recycling bins are a 64-gallon, heavy duty green cart with a yellow hinged lid and wheels (town homes have a 32-gallon cart). It is not necessary to separate recyclables. Acceptable materials (clean glass bottles, metal cans, narrow neck plastic bottles and paper from news, magazines and cardboard) will be placed directly into the cart. Recycling pickup will be every other Friday.
Check out the calendar for your scheduled recycling pickup. Where possible keep the cart at least 3 feet away from the trash carts and other objects like mailboxes, cars, trees and signs.
