This offer includes:
Outside
1. Check condenser fan motor and oil, if required.
2. Clean outside condenser coils.
3. Check fuses and outside condenser contactor relay.
4. Check for proper refrigerant charge.
5. Check start-up of compressor.

Inside
1. Check that condensate lines are clear and functioning, includes proper functions of condensate pump if used.
2. Check furnace filters.
3. Check blower motor and adjust if necessary, oil if required.
4. Check thermostat operation.
There will be a charge for refrigerant (R-22) if needed. Labor to charge unit included.

Offer excludes:
1. Attic air handlers
2. Furnace filters
3. Extra parts and labor, if needed
4. Cleaning of “A” coils in furnace plenum
5. Repairing damage to condenser coils
Centennial Utilities reserves the right to refer some equipment repairs and charging of units to a heating and air conditioner company specific to the customers’ needs, leaving the choice of contractors to the customer.
