We would like to welcome you to Centennial Utilities website. This website will provide you with some basic information about Centennial Utilities. We hope you will find it useful and encourage any suggestions or comments you may have.

Centennial Utilities derived from the “cooperative lifestyle” of the City of Circle Pines forefathers. Centennial Utilities was formed to provide the community with its own utility needs. Currently, Centennial Utilities serves customers in Circle Pines and parts of Lino Lakes and Blaine. Centennial Utilities has a Board of five Commissioners who meet monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m.

Centennial Utilities provides the services of natural gas, water, sewer, garbage and recycling to Circle Pines customers and provides natural gas services to Lino Lakes and Blaine customers.

Report Natural Gas Smells Immediately

If you smell gas in your home, leave immediately. Do NOT use anything that may cause a spark, including electrical switches, telephone or even cell phone. Go directly to a neighbor’s home and use a phone not based in your house to report the gas smell.
To report a natural gas smell or gas leak, please call Centennial Utilities at 763-784 -6751 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours calls should be made to Central Communications at 763-427-1212. Central Communications will answer that number as “police and fire”, as they also dispatch those emergency services. You should indicate to the dispatcher that you are requesting only Centennial Utilities, or the dispatcher may send out the fire department.
If the above numbers are not readily available, you may always call 9-1-1.

Equal Payment Plan
Centennial Utilities would like to encourage residential customers to enroll in the equal payment plan. The equal payment plan helps manage payment peaks in the winter months by spreading natural gas costs evenly throughout the year.
The equal payment amount will be based on past usage, and the expected prices for the various utilities provided to you by Centennial Utilities. The equal payment amount will be re-evaluated twice during the heating season and then approximately six months later to determine whether the energy price changes have warranted an adjustment in the monthly payment.
